Our “CHIC CABIN" is a premier home for respectful family gatherings and mature couples over the age of 30. Please no loud groups, parties or loud music.

Welcome to your home away from home - Located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Enter through the large solid wood door to the slate entry offering a classic sense of arrival and the hand scraped hickory floors add to the modern yet rustic feeling. The two story home is complete with a great room boasting a beautiful gas fireplace with custom built in mantle. Large sliding doors open to a beautiful covered patio framed by a lightly treed secluded backyard. Great people watching off the back patio.

The kitchen is oversized with multiple working areas finished with modern cement and copper touches. The home features double ovens, warming drawer, microwave, large pantry, and all the pots, pans and kitchen utensils one needs to host a dinner for 16. Dining table seating up to 10. Outdoor eating space seats seats 8 with extra chairs around the fire pit and on the patio.

Layout - The main floor master suite offers a king sized bed, TV, and the master bath has a huge shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks. The main level also offers a guest suite with a king size bed. Upstairs offers a 3rd bedroom with on suite bathroom and window seat for nature watching or reading. Down the hall is the 4th bedroom with a king size bed, a window seat for some down time, and a semi private bath offering double vanities and shower with a tub.
The 5th bedroom upstairs offers twin bunks (4 total) and the loft provides a trundle bed that sleeps 2.

The bonus room has a large sectional oriented to a 55” 3D TV with cable and Wii games as well as lots of games and toys for kids.

The loft/zen room is perfect for a reading area, some yoga or meditation.

More Fun Stuff - The home is private and backs to a greenbelt and off the back patio you can watch the golfers play the 18th hole. There is lots of wild life activity in the surrounding woodlands. Deer, Wild Turkeys, Chipmunks and humming birds have been spotted all around the yard.
