The Accommodation
The apartment has been recently and completely renovated, offering the comfort of a ****-star hotel:
A large living room where you can dine and relax on a comfortable sofa, enjoy free movies on a movie-theater-sized screen via NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and SKY, and access all Android Vision apps, as well as watch live national and international TV programs, YouTube, and more on the big screen.
Three bedrooms with TVs;
A large living room with a home theater and, if needed, a comfortable sofa bed to provide two additional sleeping spots;
Two bathrooms;
Kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances;
Panoramic terrace with views of the sea, the castle, and the historic village;

Guests will be provided with all the information they need to properly use all the appliances in the apartment. I will always be available by phone, text message, or WhatsApp

Other things to note
Milazzo, in Sicily, is situated between two gulfs—the Gulf of Milazzo to the east and the Gulf of Patti to the west—in a strategic location in northeastern Sicily. It is a tourist destination and an ideal starting point for exploring the Aeolian Islands, the Nebrodi Park, and Tindari.

Hydrofoils and high-speed ferries connect the port of Milazzo—located about 600 meters away—with the Aeolian Islands several times a day. You can also book one-day mini-cruises to explore the entire Aeolian archipelago and witness the “Sciara di fuoco” (fire flow) of the Stromboli volcano at night. Taormina is about an hour away by highway, Tindari about 40 minutes, Catania 1 hour and 30 minutes, Palermo in 2 hours.



House Rules

Before your arrival or, at the latest, upon check-in, you must provide me with a double-sided photocopy of the ID card or PASSPORT for all guests staying in the house, including children and infants. Unless otherwise agreed, check-in must take place at 5:00 PM or later. If you wish to arrive at a different time, we must agree on it in advance. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. and no later than 11:00 a.m. If you wish to leave the accommodation later or need to leave your luggage, we can find a solution, but you must still allow the housekeeper to enter the house at 11:00 a.m. Other than that, there are no other specific rules to follow, other than those of normal civility and good manners, keeping in mind that this is an environment designed for restful, peaceful, and tranquil vacations. I believe I’ve done everything possible to make you feel at home. I hope you’ll show the same care and consideration during your stay.
