45 sqm apartment located on the 1st floor and 50 meters away from the beach. It consists of a small entrance that serves as a hallway, a double bedroom, a kitchen in which the double sofa bed is located. Finally there is a bathroom with shower. The kitchen overlooks a balcony from which you can see the sea. All rooms are air conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, sink, washing machine and refrigerator and everything necessary for cooking (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, trays, etc ...). The television is present both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. It is also equipped with a coffee machine, ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer, 1 umbrella with 2 deck chairs for the sea. Soaps and detergents are provided.
