About this property

Villa Karoline is a detached villa ideally located in the tranquil complex of La Goleta, at less than 5 minutes drive to all the local amenities of the Faro Park area, and to the coastal promenade.
The villa has been recently refurbished (2021). It has been tastefully decorated, and equipped with brand new: kitchen, kitchen inventory, beds, bed linen, Tv, couches, shutters and retractable roller blinds on the terrace and the dining area. Everything to offer all the comforts of a real home away from home.
It comprises 2 bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes and comfortable beds.
King size bed in the Master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom.
The villa has 2 bathrooms: one en-suite to the master bedroom with a large bath with shower over the top and the second one with a practical walk-in shower. Beautiful living room with vaulted ceiling, 2 leather sofas and armchair, flat screen cable TV with international channels and wireless high-speed recently installed fiber optic Internet.
The kitchen has a modern design with a practical combination of the oven and the microwave in column and is fully equipped. It leads out to the dining area with a sitting capacity for 6 persons. The dining area has a high wall on its side for wind protection and a vertical retractable roller blind on its front which offers the possibility of a full enclosure of this area if needed.
Exterior table with chairs in the living room terrace for a relaxing coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Two vertical retractable roller blinds installed in this area for extra protection.
Private pool with underwater pool light, electrically heated in the winter months (November to May) and sun beds.
Lockable shutters with adjustable louver blades.
Portable BBQ available.
Marble floors throughout and marble vanity tops in both bathrooms.
The villa is situated in a gated urbanization and has an alarm installed for extra security.

Suited us perfectly, quiet, and calming.

As described, good restaurants within walking distance. And a couple of supermarkets. Buses available although we had a car. Lovely heated pool. No faults.

Lovely Villa, exactly as described.

We absolutely loved this villa holiday. The property is delightful with a great pool and lovely setup all round. The local amenities are a short walk away and have everything you need. Great communication throughout with the superb management team. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic Villa in lovely quiet gated community.

We have really enjoyed our stay in Villa Karoline. The villa is in a lovely quiet, gated community close to all amenities. The villa has got everything you can possibly want to make your stay comfortable. The owners have furnished it with quality fittings, the kitchen is brand new and is stocked with quality utensils. We only used the Master bedroom and it is so important to have a quality mattress to ensure a good night sleep. You do not miss air conditioning as there is no need for it. The living room has very comfy new settees in it and a massive TV with all the stations that you would want. We didn't use the TV however, preferred sitting outside by the pool or in in the sheltered area with the dining table. The retractable wind screens served us really well as it was particularly windy during our stay. The garden is beautiful and much larger then we expected. Pool is lovely and well maintained, it is also worth mentioning that there is a much larger pool available in the gated community for all to use. The information folder that was in the villa is the best we have ever come across. The Papagayo beaches are a must to visit.! Finally we must mention the service we received from Sofia, it has been unrivalled and we have used this website for years!! We would recommend this villa without hesitation and hope to return in the future. Alison & Peter

Why they chose this property

The idea of buying a house on Lanzarote was in our minds ever since we visited the island for the very first time. We have stayed over the years in different areas on Lanzarote and when we finally decided to start our purchase research we were absolutely certain that Playa Blanca was the place for us. We knew that Villa Karoline was going to be ours, from the moment we stepped in. We liked its location, its comfortable design, its inviting pool and also its typical Lanzarote garden with lovely grown plants.

What makes this property unique

Villa Karoline is situated in the residential area of La Goleta. It is close to all the local amenities but far enough from any hussle, providing peace and tranquility. In this year (2021) we have enjoyed refurbishing the villa and have fitted a new kitchen with new kitchen inventory, new beds and bedding, sofas, Tv etc. to make the villa as comfortable as possible for us and for our guests. Villa Karoline is our special get-away and we hope that our guests will enjoy it as much as we do!
