Modern and recently renovated apartment for 4 people in the heart of Nerja and very close to the beach El Salón and the Balcony of Europe.

Master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and latest generation equipment.



In addition, the TV offers more than 190 International Channels and there’s High-Speed Fiber Internet.



Child up to 6 years old can sleep for free in the parents' bed.

Ein tolles Appartement für die Übergangszeit

Centro Life ist eine schickes und gut ausgerüstetes Apartment in der Innenstadt. Durch die 4 Klimaanlagen ist die Wohnung leicht warm zu halten, im Januar/Februar 2027 besonders wertvoll. Die Straße, an der das Apartment liegt, ist autofrei. Weder der Weg in die große autofreie Fußgängerzone noch der zum Strand ist lang. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel gibt es um die Ecke, größere Lebensmittel-Supermärkte sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Einen Balkon haben wir nicht vermisst, da wir im Januar/Februar zu Besuch waren Ob Casasol den nun genannten Mangel beheben kann, weiß ich nicht, aber vor allem wenn es abends ruhiger wird, gibt es störende Geräusche durch die vielen Außenteile von Klimaanlagen.
