A spacious and comfortable apartment, suitable for large families or group of friends, sited in a historical building in the venetian countryside.
The apartment is at second floor (stairs) and on two levels. It has 1 double bedroom with full bathroom ensuit, 2 double/twin bedrooms (one on the loft), two full bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with double sofabed. Equipment: Tv, wifi, air conditioning/heating, hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave.
The location consists of 5 apartments of various size, a nice swimming pool and a large garden (25.000 sqm).
Bike and pedestrian path just outside the fenced garden. Art cities (Padua, Venice, Vicenza) at short drive by car.

This property was bought by my grandfather in 1951, and since then has been our family home where I grew up. The villa is surrounded by a 60 hectares large farm, still managed by me and my family.

I like to think that my grandfather bought this house for the magic of this place, that combines the charm of a typically Venetian historic building, with a nature still intact.
Emotions that you can experience still today!
In this place you can spend a relaxing holiday, immersed in the Nature, doing sports or simply relaxing in the sun by the pool, but you can also let yourself be led to the discovery of the History and Art of our territory starting just from the discovery of a Venetian Villa .

This apartment is very comfortable because of its space and because of the number of rooms, which give the opportunity both to live happily together and to have your own privacy if you are a large family or a group of friends. Moreover the kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meals.
