Hello Eulogio, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear that your experience with us fell short of expectations. I apologize for the cold and noisy room and the lack of carpets and quilts, which affected your comfort. I understand that mismatches between the photos and reality can be disappointing, and I'll make sure our listings are updated accordingly. Regarding the towels, we’re already looking into this to improve the quality. Your comments are invaluable, and they're helping us ensure a better experience for future guests. I hope we can welcome you back and provide a more pleasant stay. Best regards, GuestReady Team
