Ironwood A is a luxury four bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath town home in the heart of downtown Telluride's exclusive Depot District. This lovely family home is just a stone's throw from Main Street and the gondola, as well as the best shopping and dining that Telluride has to offer. Guests of this stunning residence are sure to enjoy this ultimate mountain family retreat no matter the season. The four-level property boasts three king-sized beds each on their own level, offering privacy and exclusivity within the town home. A spacious great room and open kitchen are the perfect place for cooking a family meal or entertaining friends and and a media room on the lower level is the perfect place for the kids or teens in your group to hang out. With multiple balconies all guests can enjoy mountain views, most notably, unparalleled views from the private hot tub on the 4th level deck. The San Miguel River and River Trail are steps away from this stunning Telluride vacation rental property.

ENTRY LEVEL
Enter this residence from Depot Avenue, right next door to the River Club. On this entry level there is a king guest bedroom with an en suite bathroom. To the right of the entryway is a door leading into the heated garage. Plenty of storage space for coats, hats, gloves etc.
MAIN LEVEL
Up one level is the spacious, open plan living area. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table for eight guests and a stylish, L shaped sofa surrounding the gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a large deck off the main level that faces east, and boasts some of the best box canyon views of anywhere in town. This would be the ultimate spot to watch the 4th of July fireworks. There is a smaller deck off the kitchen area with a gas grill.
TOP LEVEL
Up one level again is the spacious and very private primary suite. The bedroom itself has a king sized bed, a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and opens out to a small balcony with gorgeous mountain and ski area views. The master has a decadent en suite with an oversized tub, steam shower and his and hers sinks. There is also a walk in closet. Down a small hallway is a small room with a futon and flat screen TV -- perfect for the kids who don't want to sleep too far away from parents, or a baby in a crib. There is also a deck off this small nook room that has gorgeous views of Ajax Peak and a private hot tub.
BASEMENT LEVEL
On the basement level of the home are two additional bedrooms -- one has a king bed and the other (Media Room) with sleeper sofa that can comfortably sleep 2-3 kids once the sofa is flattened out, each room has an en suite bathroom.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:
1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!
2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.
3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $1000, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.
4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.
5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.
Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
