There is a large living room, separate dining room, kitchen, downstairs shower room and toilet.
Equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
Garden has a BBQ and table/chairs.
5 minutes from Putanges Pont Écrepin and Lac de Rabodanges with water sports, cycling etc.
15 minutes from Falaise, the birthplace of William the Conqueror.
25 minute from La Ferté Macé lake with its sandy beach and water sports.
Less than 1 hour drive to the D-Day landing beaches, museums and cemeteries.
