8 person holiday home in Hejls

In Hejlsminde you will find this holiday home from 2019 and rent it out for the first time in the summer of 2021. With a total of 121 m2, you will have a large and bright kitchen / living room and four bedrooms. After an active day at e.g. the beach you get a difficult choice when you have to choose between the indoor spa or the outdoor jacuzzi, where you can take a glass of bubbles out and sit in the warm water and look at the stars on a dark evening. In general, the outdoor life is something very special with two covered terrace areas as well as a huge open terrace area of 75 m2 with outdoor furniture and a couple of sunbeds available. On one of the covered terraces you will find the house's gas grill, so you can grill in all kinds of weather. The whole house is equipped with geothermal heat, which provides cheap heat for e.g. all floor areas in the house. In addition, there are i.a. washer, dryer, dishwasher, large freezer and a smart TV. There is no TV package but Chromecast so that can be streamed. Please note that access to the bedroom is through another bedroom. Please note that the extra bed is only 1.75 cm long. In one room there is a Nintendo Wii, and on the lawn you will find football goals for fun for children and childish souls. Close by you will find several playgrounds. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
