Fabulous chilled out holiday

Great properties (we took both for two families). Communal yet private. High spec inside good AC (one unit didn’t work but fixed promptly). Outside pool area fantastic and really well kept. Helen (owner) is rightly proud of her properties and is v welcoming. As was Menios, waited until 3am for our arrival (delayed flight) and had pizzas there for hungry tired children. Great beach access - v quiet. Rugged backdrop. Hire car would be good but not essential We walked to restaurants and shops for week. Short taxi to Rethymno for boat hire and water sports Also used as base to Heraklion and Minoan palace (a must see). We will be back.
