This cozy cottage offers beautiful partial ocean views from upper & lower deck, as well as one of the 2 bedrooms . Private beach is less than a 5 min walk from the house- conveniently come & go as you please- you never have to get in your car. Located in a quaint private beach side community with a beautiful coastal atmosphere & breathtaking sunsets. Accommodates 4 people max.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If house is left dirty/unkempt a cleaning fee will be charged. Please be respectful of property.
Sand is to remain at the beach please, not in the home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PLEASE REFER TO LEASE AGREEMENT EXPLAINED IN FULL.
A CLEANING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT IF HOUSE LEFT DIRTY. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.
