About this property

This brand new apartment in Tuscany is located on the first floor in a small residence (3 apartments), immersed in the local pine forest and 400 meters from the sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto . Furnished using the colors of the sea and the summer , it is the ideal place to relax after a day spent on the beach or exploring the treasures of Tuscany and the Maremma .
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by a staircase at the back of the building which leads to the living room of the apartment which is furnished with great taste.

EXTERIOR
From the kitchen / living you access to a large covered private terrace with table and chairs for eating in the open air. In a corner of the terrace is also situated the washing machine.
You can also enjoy the garden around the house which is entirely fenced and also has a stone build barbecue for your grill evenings !

Ottimo appartamento situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia che ci ha fatto trascorrere delle piacevoli vacanze. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco ed è curato nei minimi dettagli ed è super pulito ma soprattutto gode di ogni confort. Ve lo consiglio vivamente! Ci ritorneremo senz'altro.
