Perfect place by the sea

We were a group of 2 couples over the age of 65. One couple had the room with a large double bed and en suite and we took the other room with 2 sin gle beds and the other bathroom. Worked out great. The wash g machine was a bonus. The villanova restaurants were in walking distance and perfect. Ostuni was 13 minute drive. Highly recommend!

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there were a few issues that prevented it from being a great experience. The property itself was clean, and the location was excellent. It was within walking distance of a lovely town with great coffee and restaurants, and it was only about 15 minutes from Ostuni, making it a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area.Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues during our stay. The air conditioning units did not work as expected, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the electrical breaker tripped repeatedly, requiring intervention to restore power much more often than we would have anticipated.The biggest disappointment was the lack of communication. We made several attempts to contact the host about these issues but never received a response, which made resolving the problems frustrating.With better maintenance and more responsive communication, this property could provide a much better guest experience because the location is truly a strong point.
