La Dimora del Glicine

"La dimora del Glicine" is a 19th-century home overlooking the Piedmontese shore of Lake Maggiore. Originally the residence of an etcher of that era, it has been renovated and converted into holiday apartments.
It is located in Belgirate, a medieval-style hamlet that was once a fief of the Visconti and later the Borromeo families. It sits at the tip of the promontory, where the Church of Santa Maria also stands and where Celtic and Lombard artefacts can be found.
All apartments overlook the lake directly and are equipped with free Wi-Fi.
Each unit has a balcony (except for the “Terra” apartment, which does not have one, as it is located on the “ground floor”), a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a sitting area, a TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
