Stunning views right on the Majestic Yellowstone River!

Welcome to Yellow Rock River Ranch in Paradise Valley, Montana! This roomy 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home sits right on the edge of the beautiful Yellowstone River. The second level boasts the master bedroom, kitchen, dining, and living room; surrounded by vaulted windows and a wrap around deck that give way to fantastic views of the mountains and river. The second level master bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The first level downstairs has two private bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and the other has two twin-on-twin bunk bed and a full-on-full bunk bed) and a shared full bath. Each bedroom has its own access from the outside porch. There is a downstairs media/game room with a second fridge. High chair and a pack-n-play available. The laundry room has a washer and dryer to meet your family's needs during your stay.

Relax out on the huge second level deck to enjoy expansive scenic views, watch the wildlife, and wave to the fishermen, boaters, and floaters as they drift down the Yellowstone.
Bring your waders! With direct Yellowstone River access at the south end of the property and 1000 + feet of walkable river frontage, Yellow Rock River Ranch (YRRR) can't be beat for its "right in your own backyard" fly fishing experience!
YRRR is centrally located just 16 miles south of the town of Livingston and 37 miles north of the 'North Entrance' of Yellowstone National Park. The town of Emigrant, only a few miles south, has a gas station, general store, post office, bakery, BBQ, the Old Saloon, and a fly fishing shop.
There is something here for everyone! From fine dining, museums, live music, Chico Hot Springs & Spa, and Sage Lodge, to hiking, hunting, fishing, zip lining, star gazing and more!
-YRRR is a one hour drive from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.
-YRRR is 45 miles from Bridger Bowl for great winter sports or summer hiking.

This was the absolute perfect home for my family to stay over the week. Not only is the house and property absolutely stunning, its location couldn’t be better! From the moment we arrived we loved our stay at YRRR. It was perfect for our large group with Yellowstone park about 35 minutes away. It was great being able to relax outside by the river and there is plenty of outdoor space for activities. The house is gorgeous with everything that you need to enjoy your stay provided. This was our second time staying here. Love the cabin (except the squeaky heater fan upstairs). Views of Paradise Valkey are to die for and being on the Yellowstone River just makes the experience of visiting this beautiful part of the state.
