This accommodation is for family only, no parties or events and we reserve the right to cancel high risk reservations. Example: Reservations during the weekend for a short period and with guests of the same sex are a high risk for parties.
Note: The booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our penthouse is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly.
1. The use of our pool heating is an additional service and can be requested up to 48 hours before your arrival. The costs are €225,00 per week.
2. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6. You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €899,00.
8. The facilities of the community are for owners only and can not be used by guests.
9. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
Important:
The area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. Thesy do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
