A living area on the ground floor, with a kitchenette fully equipped with everything you need to cook and eat as if you were at home, a dining area with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and then the beautiful room—over 5 metres high—with a balcony overlooking the square, furnished with pieces of our own Italian design. There is a Smart TV that also offers Netflix, along with a sofa bed that sleeps one person.<br>As you climb the Corten steel staircase to the upper floor, you’ll find yourself in the sleeping area; to your right is the private, hidden walk-in closet, connected via the glass-walled hallway to the charming bedroom, which features a fantastic, spacious shower stall positioned directly across from the bed. From the bedroom area, you’ll see the Piazza …… and I believe—based on what I’ve been told—that it’s a truly unique view. You’ll find a bathroom with just the basic fixtures, and on display, a beautiful ceiling-mounted sink with a freestanding basin that catches the water; on the ceiling, opposite the bed, there’s a Smart TV. The lighting is striking, and the large mirrors further expand these beautiful and unique spaces.<br>The clear glass walls are a distinctive feature that give the space an exclusive character.<br>If needed, we have a washing machine and dryer.
