Come and enjoy Atico Top Granada, a modern and comfortable duplex penthouse of 240m², on the two top floors 18 and 19 of Torre San Lázaro, the tallest building in Granada. 200m² of living space, with southwest facing double height windows, offering an enormous light-filled space with spectacular views of the city and the province of Granada, from both floors and from all rooms.
There is also a 40m² private terrace, partly covered, for sunbathing on the sun loungers, breakfast, lunch or dinner, with total privacy and 270º views, even more distant than from the living room. The house is fully equipped and also has two free parking spaces in the underground garage of the building, with two closed storage rooms of 3x4m, where you can leave your skis or park your bicycles. If you come with more than two cars, right next to our building is the public car park San Lázaro Plaza de Toros.
Our tourist flat is ideal for families and groups of up to 8 people. It is in a central but quiet area of Granada, next to the Plaza de Toros (historic bullring), a popular area for tapas, near the Cathedral, the Royal Hospital of Granada, the Mirador de San Cristobal, the Triunfo Gardens or the Royal Monastery of San Jeronimo, among others.
The main entrance of the building is located in the quiet Plaza San Lázaro, a large rectangular square of 6.500m², with no road traffic, with houses, shops, restaurants and terraces around it. It has trees, planters, benches, open areas and playgrounds for children. The façade of our flat overlooks the square, but from the 18th-19th floor, you can't hear anything.
By car you access the private underground parking of the building from Calle Guirao Gea, with the remote control, and from there you take the lift to the 18th floor, where the entrance door to the ground floor of our duplex penthouse is located.
The entrance hall opens directly into the spacious dining room area -with large table and ten chairs, piano, bookshelves with books and board games- and the living room with double height windows, which flood the two floors of the house with light and spectacular views of the city and the mountains. The living room has a comfortable double sofa-bed measuring 200x150 cm.
On this ground floor there are also three double bedrooms, one with a double bed of 200x150 cm, another one with 2 single beds of 200x90 cm and a third one with 2 single beds of 200x90 cm in two heights. On this floor there is also a complete bathroom, a separate toilet, the independent kitchen and the stairs that go up to the first floor.
On the first floor we come to a spacious work area, with an antique wooden desk, office chair and shelves, open to the living room on the ground floor and with spectacular views of the city and the mountains through the double height windows of the living room. Here you also have access to a large dressing room, a complete bathroom and the bedroom with double bed 200x160, from where you have access to the private terrace of 40m² with beautiful plants, two sun loungers and table with 4 chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner with complete privacy.
The house has free, fast and high quality Wifi (Fibra Pro 100Mbps, 2.4/5GHz) and a 55 inch smart tv. There is also an HDMI cable to connect your laptop, tablet or mobile to the smart TV and enjoy your own pay TV. Since April 2018, EU citizens can access their contracted content from paid streaming platforms such as Netflix or Spotify at no extra cost when travelling to another EU country. Just bring the apps on your device with HDMI access.
The independent kitchen overlooks the historic Plaza de Toros (bullring) and the west of Granada. It is spacious and bright and is equipped with all accessories: a breakfast table with 4 chairs, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, induction cooker, toaster, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans, mini blender, aluminium foil, plastic film, iron and ironing board, etc.
There is a teapot, an Italian coffee maker, as well as a Cecotec espresso machine. We also provide you with basic products such as salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, spices, coffee, tea, napkins, some bottles of water (although tap water in Granada is perfectly drinkable), kitchen paper, kitchen towels, cleaning products and detergent for washing machine and dishwasher.
The four double bedrooms are spacious and bright and have fantastic views of the city and the mountains. All have air conditioning and heating, bedside tables, large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers, duvets and two pillows per person. A clean set of bed linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) are provided each week.
Both bathrooms are elegant. They have bath with shower, wc, bidet, mirrored cabinets, hairdryer, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. Two sets of hand and bath towels are provided per person per week. More free fresh towels are available for longer stays. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The apartment is equipped with quiet central air conditioning and central heatingwith radiators throughout the house.
A few meters from the house, there is a Carrefour Market supermarket and at 5 minutes walking distance, a Mercadona supermarket. A few metres from Plaza San Lázaro, you will find butchers, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, ATMs, take-away food, bars and restaurants with terraces for breakfast, lunch or dinner, coffee and drinks.
5 minutes away, in Avenida de la Constitución you will find bus stops for buses 4, 11, 21, 33, 121, N1, N3 and N5.

This is a spectacular apartment with an unbelievable view and very reasonable price compared to the United States. I would absolutely book it again. Our contact person Rafa was very consistent and nice. It is a short walk to all the sites you would want to see and there is a wonderful fully stocked supermarket one minute from the front door. You will be astounded by the view. The beds are comfortable and it is extremely quiet at night. wonderful place. We did have a problem with the Internet and TV, which was not consistent the whole time we were there, but I think that was a temporary problem… Be sure and check before booking it if that’s important to you.
The view from the inside and the outside were outstanding! We enjoyed the patio as much as possible. Great coffee and lots of dishes. We appreciated being able to do laundry. It was ample space for four people. The communication and meet and greet were top-notch. You do need to Uber or taxi to most places. I would absolutely run this place again!
Beautiful home with all you need for a comfortable stay. Location is great and can’t beat the views from master bedroom!

We enjoyed a wonderful time in the penthouse with efficient Rafa looking after us in check-in and assisting us with organizing a taxi. The penthouse was beautifully presented and very spacious. All rooms were immaculate, and the kitchen was well-stocked with the basics. It was a great stay in a perfect location.
There was so much to like about this space! I won’t repeat what others have saidIt is so convenient to taxi pick up. Grenada has an excellent and fair taxi service. I always used my Uber app and just picked taxi…never paid more than 8 euros to take us to any of the popular sites. We soon figured out it was quite a walkable citySeveral little cafes nearby we actually really like the Tost place right outside the bull ring. Best burger and onion rings along with delicious toasts and dessertsThe biggest negative was internet was extremely unreliable. Rafa said they had a new system and all we could do was turn it off and on. It would work for about 5 or 10 minutes then go off again. If someone was relying solely on internet for work etc this would not be the place until verify with Rafa that it is up and runningKitchen well stocked…I sent Rafa the picture of the 2 only frying pans and both in desperate need of replacement We would highly recommend this apt and hoping internet issues are figured out for next guests
Excellent, relaxing stay. Lots of space, kitchenware, and towels. The pillows were very soft if that is an issue for you, but overall, this was an excellent stay I have no hesitation recommending it.

Everything was exactly as described. The property is gorgeous and very clean. Location is within walking distance to restaurants and a small supermarket just across the plaza. The views from the terrace are spectacular!! Raffael made the check in very easy. Highly recommended.
We had a memorable stay in this wonderful apartment! The view is incredible and allowed us to appreciate beautiful Granada when we weren't out meandering and exploring. Rafa was great to deal with - he was kind and responsive and made us feel very welcome. Thank you, Rafa! We would highly recommend staying here. Our teenagers thought it was the best accommodation we have stayed in whilst in Spain!
We really enjoyed our stay in this two-level penthouse apartment. The views are incredible and the location is convenient to everything. It is well-equipped and offers garage parking. The only negative we can think of is that there is graffiti on the exterior of the building and in the surrounding area - frankly, though, that seems to be common throughout much of Spain.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful places to stay while visiting Granada. This spacious, exceptionally clean four bedroom, three bathroom penthouse is lovingly furnished with all the comforts of home. A very well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Beds and bedding was very comfortable and wifi was fast. Location was very close to everything. Alhambra and Centro/shopping was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

This spacious apartment afforded us outstanding sunsets and remarkable views of Granada. Gracious amenities, plenty of pillows and towels, and comfortable beds and couches. We like to walk everywhere and it was a bit of a trek to the Alhambra and old city but I guess the more steps attained the better. Would definitely stay here again in this unforgettable city!
The place was amazing with plenty of room for 6 adults and older children. The kitchen was well stocked. The WI-FI worked well. The views from the balcony were incredible from the top floor over looking the city. Great place to eat on the balcony and watch the sunset. Could see into the bullfighting ring from the balcony. The host was excellent (Rafa) and very responsive to questions.

The penthouse is dramatic and the views are breathtaking. It is located less than a mile from everything and the walk is lovely or cabs are inexpensive. Wonderful restaurants are everywhere. The best was el Mercader ’ with Chris and Naria our chef and hosts. Starting or ending our day on the sunny and covered deck was sublime. A well managed and well appointed property. If and when we return to this beautiful city we don’t want to stay anywhere else. Perfect!

Traveling with our adult sons, my husband and I enjoyed staying at this property. Rafa was in touch ahead of our visit and met us at the garage entrance to make sure we got parked and checked in smoothly. The apartment was perfectly clean, very spacious and well-equipped. It had everything we needed (but too bad the piano doesn’t work, that was the only disappointment). The views from the terrace were lovely, the beds were comfy, and there were good restaurants and a good market very nearby.
A beautiful, spacious duplex apartment with plenty of room for our multigenerational family of seven. Very clean with comfortable living room and bedrooms. Near a supermarket and within easy taxi access to the Alhambra. A beautiful, large balcony deck on the top floor with a separate area with large desk. Lots of windows and light. Good beds, nice bathrooms. Easy reception with our hostess meeting us and providing helpful information. Many thanks for a pleasurable stay.
Great large apartment. Good views across the city from 18th floor balcony/terrace. It was great to have a bit more space than other smaller apartments we have used in the past.
Location is probably 15 mins walk to the historic centre or Albaicin so keep that in mind if you really want to experience and explore those areas. Buses also offer a good solution to get around quickly and cheaply.
Apartment was clean and well maintained - aircon functioned very well. Good, accessible parking spaces.
