My favorite thing about this property is the lake. It was absolutely beautiful. It was easy to get and is is a beautiful new estate. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, my children and I loved it.

our stay in the property

we had a great experience staying in this property, there was no complications and if we ever needed anything kazeem was always very helpful and was always available to help. we had an incident where we left a suitcase in the house and locked ourselves out, kazeem handled it very professionally and couldn’t of been more helpful. we really recommend to stay here and would definitely stay again.

Broken window handle in one of the bedrooms reported on arrival and not repaired despite being told over message it would be. It was a humid evening and no air could get into the room as the window would not open more than a very small amount. A plug in fan was available but it was very small, loud and did not move the air very well. As a result, one of our party could not sleep in the room due to the heat and booked a hotel instead.The property itself is fine. It's a new build on a new build estate. Three towels were provided between four people. Additional towels were delivered when requested. I'd not stay here again as I do not trust the people managing the property.

Manchester stay

Was staying for a few days to attend and Man Utd game and do a stadium tour while in the area and this was perfect for our stay and the ease of communication with the owners made everything so simple. They was very quick to transfer the deposit back as well

Good accommodation

Everything about the the property was good. However respond from host is very slow. Also requirements of security deposit was not highlighted until a few hours before checkin. Key safe code was not provided until the security deposit was paid.
