A lovely 1-bedroom townhouse located in Hacienda Los Nísperos. The home is part of a complex consisting of five detached houses, each with a terrace, a small private pool with a waterfall, and a barbecue. The “El Puerto” cottage is located in a quiet setting surrounded by pine forests, just a 5-minute drive from the beach, and features a shared recreational area. It has a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
