Excellent location and property

Exactly what we hoped it would be and more. Comfortable, close to restaurants, bakeries and shopping. The outside music was great and unexpected. The property was clean and a great open floor plan. I highly recommend it.

Great location

This apartment was in the middle of town, about a 10min walk to trains. A/C was great considering we went during a heat wave! Appreciate how easy the process was. Adriana was great to work with.

Great Stay!

The apartment was great for my family of 7. The apartment is spacious, clean, and modern. Located at the heart of Alcalá de Henares, close to all Christmas festivities, and only a 15-minute walk to the train station that can be used to get to Madrid. Free Public Parking is a 3 minute walk and the apartment is in the same street as dozens of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores.

Ideal!

Sergio greeted us at 7am, showed us around the apt., and even left coffee, water and milk for us to get started. The place is charming, with two bedrooms facing the pedestrian-only street and one quiet one in the back. The bathroom is small but adequate; the kitchen has what you need. Central location and so much to do! Easy walk to bus, train, uber, shopping and groceries. We would definitely go back!

Reunion in Alcala

This stay in Alcala was excellent. We came to visit old friends from when my father was in the Air Force. It was absolutely perfect. The Serfardi apartment was clean, quaint, central to everything “Alcala” and the host quickly communicated to all questions. I should note that there is a washer for last dry but not an electric dryer which I misunderstood from the listing. This was remedied quickly by our host. I recommend staying in the Serfardi apartment. It was a a great experience. We hope to return next year.

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in Alvaros Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Mitten im Zentrum gelegen. Viele Bars, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Auch prima gelegen um nach Madrid zu fahren mit Bus oder Bahn.nach Madrid zu fahreb mit Bus oder Bahn.

De los mejores anfitriones que puedes tener.

El mejor anfitrión que he tenido en bastantes viajes. Dándonos facilidades, preocupándose de que todo esté bien y solucionando los inconvenientes que pudiesen surgir, el trato fue increíble. Las escaleras del portal a nivel personal no me convencieron mucho pero el apartamento está genial, cuidado, limpio, modernizado, y con buenísima ubicación. Repetiremos en otra ocasión sin duda. Gracias Álvaro por todo.

Wonderful flat just outside Madrid

This was a great small town for a brief stay. We planned to stay somewhere at the end of our Spain trip that would be a convenient drive to the international airport- this was perfect. The host was very accommodating and welcoming
