The apartment provides a spacious bedroom, kitchen/ dining area with single sofa bed, bathroom and a closet room, with plenty of storage.
Also, the apartment is fitted with double-glazed windows for optimum sound and heat insulation, an independent water tank reserve, security door and wi-fi connection.
