Lovely villa

Lovely villa close to Gaios with everything you need. Clean, new and spacious for a family. Outside terrace is large with amazing views! A car is a necessity to make your way around the island. Overall and excellent property!

We had a very nice stay in this villa looking over Gaios

We had a very nice stay in this villa looking over Gaios. The villa is still quite new and designed for summer weather so the cold weather that came while we were there meant we needed to use the heating. Very peaceful location, but handy for Gaios. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and helpful in arranging other things for our stay (rental car).

Lovely view Very clean Villa - we had 3 linen changes and 1 clean whilst thereKitchen utensils sparse - just 1 knife for food preparation - mo scissors - no oven proof dishes for cooking only the large oven tray Problem with rats on the terrace in the evening - maybe needs some pest control.We had a hire car which was necessary as the steep path down into Gaios was difficult The Villa would benefit from some garden planting as just mainly rubble. No pots on the terrace which also would have been a nice touch
