Mutton Barn is an incredibly special part of the world. The accommodation is high quality, views are spectacular, wildlife watching is such a treat and host Paul couldn’t be more thoughtful or helpful. Everything has been thought about. Our week there in July was phenomenal. Thank you so much Paul!

Lovely family getaway!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the property to celebrate a milestone family birthday. The house was perfect for what we needed and was so well equipped for adults and children. Paul and Farbaz were incredibly accommodating and lovely people, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend this property for a family weekend away.

Luxurious Accommodations in Beautiful Area

My family of 7 was very comfortable during our stay at the Mutton Barn. Every detail of this house is luxurious and top quality. The home is just a short 30 minute drive to the Cotswald Villages, Stratford-Upon-Avon, and Warwick Castle. I would highly recommend this property.

Family holiday

Tranquil area. Stunning views from property. Lovely walks from the door. Excellent communications with host, nothing too much trouble. Property suited everyone in our group. Dog well catered for. Nice touches - welcome goodies and dog treats.
