The surface of this lavish beachfront property is 1000 m2. The luxury residence itself has a surface of 850 m2 and spreads on 4 floors.
The cascading Villa Azul Grande has 9 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and can accept 18persons.
A 4-star villa is perfect if you are coming with a family or a large group of friends. It will be perfect for business people and team building.
The luxury villa has a wellness area with a sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi, fitness room, playroom for kids, PlayStation, wine wall with superb Croatian wines, etc. The pebble beach is 90 m away. The promenade will take you to the center of Brela, which is 2.5 km away.
From terraces and balconies, you can observe Brac and Hvar islands and contemplate in silence.
The elevator connects all floors of the mansion. The interior is bright and stylish. The kitchen on the ground floor is completely equipped for large groups and has a large dining table. An open-type living room features comfortable sofas, a satellite TV, fireplace. It has an exit to a terrace with a mesmerizing view.
9 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a satellite TV. In 5 bedrooms there are beds (210x110 cm) that can be separated into twin beds. 4 bedrooms have large king-size beds (210x200 cm).
The outdoor swimming pool has 60 m2 and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The sundeck has cozy beach chairs and umbrellas. There is a beautifully maintained garden/lawn area where children can play with a ball.
Outdoor furniture is perfect for your first-morning coffee or a glass of wine. The gym is well equipped. While exercising, you can enjoy the stunning sea view. Later, you can use the sauna or outdoor Jacuzzi. The wellness area has a bathroom.
Villa Azul Grande is pet-friendly, so you can bring your pet on request. Villa allows various events, weddings also, on requests only. There are even 6 parking places at guests’ disposal.
