About this property

Relaxing - Good Value Ocean Lakes Beach House P-21

The beach house is a very comfortable one-story home. Large open front deck with dining table and plenty of outdoor seating. Driveway / grass parking can accommodate up to two vehicles and a golf cart trailer. Spectrum (Time-Warner) WiFi and Cable included. Wood laminate flooring throughout the entire house. Cleaning service is included. The golf cart is not included. However, golf carts are available to rent through the Ocean Lakes.

Fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of cabinet and counter space, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, and 5-burner glass-top electric range/oven. Plates, cookware, silverware, and more are also provided for your convenience. The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan design.

Three rooms, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a spacious living room with pull-out sofa bed (with adequate room for air mattresses or sleeping bags for the kids). Sleeps 6 to 8 guests. There is one full bath (stand-up shower/no tub) between the two bedrooms and one half bath in the main hallway. One television is located in the living room.

Our home is located on Ibis Drive about half-way between the ocean and the main gate for easy access to and from the campground. It is only a ten minute walk or a five minute golf cart ride to the beach. The road (Ibis) is not a main road to the beach, so it does not have substantial traffic, which is great for kids to ride bikes, skateboards, and more.

You will need to provide your own linens - including sheets, towels, etc. Also bring bath soaps, detergents and paper products. Please note that Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated and patrolled community. All guests must abide by their rules and regulations. Upon arrival, you will need to register your vehicle with the Ocean Lakes office and pay a daily parking pass fee directly to Ocean Lakes.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for my family of 4. We really appreciated that the house was ground level and there were no stairs to have to lug groceries and luggage up. The house it self was clean and stocked with everything we needed. This was our first stay at Ocean Lakes campground and the house was in a good location for us within the campground. It was a short drive by golf cart to the water park, pools, and beach. We hope to visit again soon.
