Barcelona

The property is large for Barcelona but there's a subway station right underneath the building that you feel each time it passes. The property could be cleaner.

Some Pluses. Some Drawbacks.

Others have "raved" about this property. Our experience was a bit different. Six friends, three couples travelling together. Here for a week. POSITIVES: You can't beat the location or the space. Four bedrooms ensuite is hard to find. Check-in was easy and pleasant. The terrace is a great space (but see below). DRAWBACKS. For a day or two the space is fine but you quickly realize that it is a bit "tired" and needs a refresh. Small supplies were missing (kleenex, garbage bags, conditioner). The deck was missing an umbrella and filled with dying plants. We had two ant invasions including in ta bed but the issue was dealt with quickly; similarly, a leak in one bedroom. And we've never stayed in a place where we had to take all of the garbage (kitchen, bathrooms) out to the street before checking out (what is the cleaning service for?). SO: Great space a bit tired in a wonderful location. A few quick fixes would make it better.
