Fridhem Luxury Wellness Villa

Speaking of fantastic holiday villas... Villa Fridhem is truly one of a kind! This luxurious and charming, detached villa—offering plenty of privacy and views of the countryside—is the ultimate place to gather with family or friends. Having been completely renovated in 2021, this property is equipped with all modern comforts.

This 20-person group accommodation is expected to open its doors in the fall of 2021.

The layout of the property ensures plenty of privacy. The villa is divided into 4 living units, each with its own bathroom and kitchen. In addition, there are two large common areas for socialising. The orangery features a communal table with a large fireplace. It also houses the wellness area, complete with a Turkish steam bath, sauna, shower with plunge pool, and pouring bucket. To top it all off, there’s a jacuzzi in the garden.

In total, the villa has 6 bathrooms and 10 bedrooms, one of which is a studio. There is also a cosy, stylish basement with a communal table and a bar.

Thanks to the use of natural materials, beautiful accessories, and luxurious furnishings, this home exudes a sense of cosiness and intimacy that is often missing in most holiday homes.

Its southern exposure ensures that you can enjoy the sun all day long on Fridhem’s various terraces. For the children, it’s a true playground paradise, thanks to the play structure and the in-ground trampoline, but they can also drive around the grounds in go-karts and tractors, or play football on the large playing field.

In the evening, the garden transforms into a fairy-tale scene thanks to the subtly illuminated plants, facades, and trees.

The villa’s location is perfect. At the end of the street, you’ll find the Markmermeer with its small beaches—it’s about a five-minute bike ride away. The village of Venhuizen is just a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. In the village, you’ll find a bakery selling fresh bread, a supermarket, and a chemist. City centre Amsterdam is a 40-minute drive from the villa.

Good Wi-Fi is available in and around the house.

The entrance features an electric gate. The driveway leads to the very spacious grounds, which can easily accommodate 5 cars.

Villa Fridhem is designed for family rentals. The house is ideal for three generations. We do not rent to groups of young people.

We require a security deposit of €1,500. Energy costs for the wellness area will be deducted from the security deposit. Tourist tax is 1.50 per person per night.
