Modern stylish house/apartment with private heated salt water
The property is a newly built family house designed by the owners themselves and with an Scandinavian touch. It is located in a small and beautiful rural town but only 50 kms away from the centre of Madrid.
The building has two floors and consists of two completely independent houses, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The owner live in the house on the ground floor so the rented house is the one on the first floor with its independent stairs.
