Coconut Paradise Residences is located just 50 minutes from Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic, nestled on Palenque Beach. It is a very quiet and safe area, a 2-minute walk from the Tourist Police station and next to numerous bars and restaurants, which can be reached by road or by walking along the beach. The condominium has four bicycles available for rent, ideal for a ride along the beach to the mouth of the Nizao River, about a 15-minute walk away. Kayaks are also available for rent.

Apartment 3J offers the best view in Coconut Paradise Residences. It is decorated in a simple, Caribbean style, with natural light flooding every room. It features a large terrace with views, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, a TV, a water heater, a stove, air conditioners, ceiling fans, and all the amenities. In addition, there are 2 pools, a lovely beach club with a restaurant, pub, and bar, and massages available for an additional fee. **FREE early check-in and late check-out.

    Property needs maintenance

    Water was turned off, owner did not pay the data TV bill which did not allow us to watch tv, Evan was inoperable so we could not cook nor was there a microwave to warm any fast food. They advertise a washing machine which was not available. Worst stay ever at Coconut and I'vecrented 5-6 times.
