The Cottage is a charming small house equipped for 2 to 4 people. Situated just 3km from Etretat, its location allows you to visit various tourist sites while being in a quiet countryside area.

The Accommodation is equipped with:

On the ground floor: a kitchen with oven, gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary cooking utensils, a shower room with WC, a dining area, lounge with TV, and 2 single beds (90x190 cm).

On the first floor: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm).

Outside, a garden, a terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue.

The house is located at the entrance of the estate, along the road to Etretat.

Parking is at the entrance to the property.

-Final cleaning included. A minimum of tidying up is requested.

-SECURITY DEPOSIT: €200 before arrival.

-BED LINEN and TOWELS optional +€12 per single bed/stay or €24 per double bed/stay

Beds not made, linen provided.

-Charging of electric vehicles prohibited.

-Pets not allowed.

-Parties or any noise disturbances prohibited.

-CAPACITY 5 persons (including children and babies).

-CHECK-IN from 5 PM and CHECK-OUT by 10 AM.

-Late check-out possible on request (prior agreement) until 2 PM +€40 or 6 PM +€70.

This property is one of the oldest farm in the Village. It is made up of several buildings which have been transformed into holiday accommodation. Its green setting is perfect for stays with family or friends. Its location is ideal for visiting Etretat and its surroundings. Fécamp, Yport and Honfleur are the other destinations to visit. The sea and the various beaches will allow everyone to recharge their batteries.
