In Mommark, you will find this luxury vacation home for 18 people with a swimming pool and both outdoor and indoor hot tubs and saunas. If you need a cold splash after the sauna, there is an outdoor shower. Water lovers can also burn off some energy in the 18 m2 indoor swimming pool with Roman steps, counter-current system, and water slide. The vacation home also has its own activity room where you can play and have fun to your heart's content. There is billiards, table tennis, table soccer, darts, and PlayStation4. The activity room has its own bar with a refrigerator where you can relax while watching the games. In the middle of the cottage is the large kitchen/family room, which consists of a cozy sofa area with a TV and wood-burning stove. From here, you have a view of the terrace. Around the long dining table, there is room for all 18 guests to sit together and enjoy a delicious meal, which can be prepared in the stylish kitchen. There are two dishwashers, two ovens/stoves, and ample refrigerator/freezer space. It is a pure pleasure to be the chef in these surroundings. If the weather is good, dinner can be prepared in the outdoor kitchen, where you will find a table, grill, and water tap. If you are not involved in the cooking, you can relax in comfortable garden furniture on the partially covered terrace with a patio heater. In the garden of the vacation home, there are plenty of opportunities for fun on the trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance) and the play structure with swings and a slide. The seven double rooms are located in two sleeping areas with three and four bedrooms respectively, each with its own bathroom. The cottage has a total of three bathrooms, the last of which is located in the pool room. In addition, there are four sleeping places in the loft, which is especially popular with children. There is a charger for electric cars and electric bikes (type 2) at the house. All luxury vacation homes in Mommark have access to a large, shared outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here, children and the young at heart can spend their vacation days playing on the large pirate ship, swinging, sliding, and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-covered multi-purpose court can be used for soccer, basketball, foot tennis, volleyball, and badminton.
