Recently renovated, the apartment will offer guests a DIFFERENT experience compared to other accommodation in the area.

CLEANLINESS is another hallmark of this accommodation. The beds, sofa bed, linens, and dishes have all been replaced. Guests will therefore feel more comfortable here than in many hotels.

There is a clothesline inside the apartment; however, on the building’s rooftop there is a huge communal clothesline where clothes dry very quickly.
Amenities and Common Areas
The Cala Blanca I building is one of the best-maintained in Marina D’Or. It’s a pleasure to leave the beach and head straight to the pools (for adults and children), where there are always clean bathrooms, hot showers, shaded areas, and a large covered area with newly installed artificial turf.
