Great location for our groups week of cycling. House was comfortable and the surrounding views were gorgeous. Very peaceful location which lent itself to a relaxing evening after a days outing. The town of Camaiore, a short drive away, was a gem with lots of places to eat and great to walk around in.

Beautiful property in stunning location

The villa was absolutely beautiful, everything we needed. The location and pool were outstanding - situated in quiet foothills but walkable into the centre of town, the pool is large and surrounded by olive trees and flowers.

Nice house with a amazing view

Quiet, clean, beautiful nature and a amazing pool area. Would recommend this to everyone who want to see Italy from its beautiful nature and relaxing point of view and with a short distance to the tourist attraction site. The host was great, if we had any problems he was there to help us with everything.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time in the villa! The location was perfect; close enough to the centre of Camaiore to walk and get an ice cream in the evening, but also in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and the garden of the villa are amazing. Jonathan is a great host, quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to come back!

Great Space

4 adults, 1 teen and 1 10 year old stayed in June 2025. It was very hot and so we were deeply appreciative of the large pool. Jonathan was responsive and great to connect with - communication around pool cleaning was always clear and flexible. Great holiday, great space that matches the description shared.Highly recommend the restaurant at the end of the road - reservation needed, but great value and wonderful food.

Great comms with host who would have been there for us had we had any issues but we didn’t. House was spotless. All the previous review comments re air con and hot water we too experienced but these are not deal breakers. It doesn’t get as hot as you’d think (especially downstairs) and you don’t need the shower to blast hot water continually in the summer heat anyway. The position of the pool away from the house and the fact it’s actually 2 apartments wasn’t ideal but we soon got used to it. You definitely need a car if you want to see the beauty of the surrounding area but the 20 or so minute walk downhill into Camaiore centre was do-able even in the heat. The pool was clean and huge as was the area around it. The outdoor shower and whole bathroom underneath were so welcome. It was crazy we also had a huge orchard and field we could run around in! All in all we had a great stay. Thank you Jonathan, dad and team.

The worst clients I’ve ever had in 10 years of experience. Shady characters who even blackmailed me to avoid paying the fees agreed upon months earlier. I’ll stop there, so I don’t say anything else.

Heerlijk zwembad en fijn huis en uitzicht. Prachtige omgeving om te wandelen. Bezoek Pisa en Florence goed te doen. Douches soms lauw (Jonathan reageert goed op vraag hierover), bedden redelijk.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Camaiore
