You can expect a 56sqm apartment with its own entrance. The completely fenced, adjacent garden is directly accessible via the terrace.

The apartment is divided into 2 rooms, bathroom incl. towels and toilet paper and fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom is equipped with a 2x2 meter bed, which can also be divided into 2 2x1 meter beds, a closet and a sideboard.

In the living room next to the flat screen TV is an XXL sofa which can also be used for sleeping.

A 56 square meter apartment with a separate entrance awaits you. The garden is completely fenced in and can be accessed directly via the terrace.

The apartment is split into 2 rooms, and is rented with towels, toilet paper and a fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom has a bed measuring 2x2 meter, that can also be split into 2 2x1 meter beds. A wardrobe and side-board are also available.

In the livingroom, there is a flatscreen TV and an XXL couch that is also great for sleeping on.

Mega nette Vermieter

Ich habe für Familienangehörige mit Hund gebucht. Sie haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war zur besten Zufriedenheit. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren willkommen und fühlten uns alle wohl!

Super schön! Sehr nette Gastgeber und liebevoll eingerichtet Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht und noch mehr. An den Hund wurde ebenfalls gedacht, ganz normal, weil man weiß, dass die Tiere zur Familie gehören. Echt angenehm.

Eine wunderschöne Umgebung

Von der FeWo liegt Ulm nicht weit entfernt. Eine sehr schöne Stadt, die mit ihren Gassen in der Altstadt zum Verweilen einlädt. Aber auch die vielen kleinen Städte und Orte haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber für die freundliche Begrüßung und die unkomplizierte sowie lockere Atmosphäre.

Sehr empfehlenswert - besonders auch mit Hund

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unser 16 Jahre alter Hund fühlte sich gleich zuhause - was sonst gar nicht seine Art ist. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet für den täglichen Gebrauch. Highlight: Ein Kaffeevollautomat, den hatten wir bisher noch in keiner Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Für den Hund sind Hundebetten in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer vorhanden, auch Futterschüsseln stehen bereit und zur Begrüßung ein paar feine Leckerlis. Auch die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Ihre eigenen beiden Dobermänner haben sie in der Zeit, in der wir da waren, ins Haus, so dass es ganz entspannt war. Das haben wir bei einem anderen Vermieter schon anders erlebt. Also wer - wie wir - einfach ein paar Tage mit Hund entspannen und vielleicht den ein oder anderen kleineren Ausflug unternehmen möchte, dem sei diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfohlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Trotz Lage an der Hauptstraße, ist es sehr ruhig und die Vermieter sehr rücksichtsvoll. Ein absolut traumhafter Wald ist in direkter Nähe. Gegenüber der Wohnung ist auf der anderen Straßenseite ein toller Frische-Selbstbedienungskühler mit Produkten des Bio-Bauern.

Perfekt es war alles wie beschrieben,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir haben 2 tolle Tage, in der schön eingerichteten und sauberen FeWo verbracht. Super netter Empfang mit kurzem Rundgang durch Oli. Hatte man Fragen oder Wünsche konnte man sich jederzeit an Ihn wenden.😊 Sehr angenehm,die Nutzung der Terrasse + Garten. Mein Kind fand toll das es 2 TV's gab. Die Couch war der Hammer und mega bequem. Extrem fabelhaft finde ich auch,das man seinen Hund mitbringen kann 🥰Einziges Manko für mich, Rolladen im SZ konnte nicht geschlossen werden (def. Schalter).

Semplicemente fantastico

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni fantastici con i nostri 2 cani (un golden e un maremmano) appartamento bellissimo, grandezza giusta, giardino comodissimo! Posto giusto per passeggiare, immerso nella campagna e a pochi km dai servizi! Tutte le città sono collegate da una veloce SS. Lo consiglio. Ritorneremo di sicuro.

Perfekt mit Hunden

Mit 3 Hunden ist es gar nicht so einfach, eine Ferienunterkunft zu finden. Und dann war diese so schön! Mit viel Umsicht und Hundeverstand klappt es auch mit 2 Rudeln, die wechselweise den komplett umzäunten Garten nutzen konnten. Die Umgebung ist zauberhaft, die Vermieter sehr nett und man kann stundenlang wandern. Die Vermieterin bietet übrigens (Hunde)Fotografie an, vielleicht möchte dies der ein oder andere während des Urlaubs nutzen? Wir und unsere Hunde waren sehr glücklich bei unserem Aufenthalt!

Urlaub mit Hund bei TOJA

Wir waren für 9 Tage hier und haben jeden einzelnen Tag genossen. Für Urlaub mit Hund muss ich hier die Note 1+ vergeben. Im Haus ist alles für Mensch und Hund vorhanden. Der rundum eingezäunte Garten ist perfekt für den auslauf und gemütlichen zusammen sein. Natalie und Olli (Vermieter) sind wirklich klasse. Als wir nach einem zweiten Sonnenschirm gefragt haben, ist Olli losgefahren und hat kurzerhand einen gekauft und aufgestellt. Meine Frau hat bei der Abreise einige Sachen vergessen was wir erst später bemerkt haben. Diese Sachen haben Natalia und Olli per Post nach geschickt. Also alles in allem ein richtig schöner Urlaub. Dieses Domizil kann ich nur jedem der mit Hund verreist wärmstens empfehlen. Danke Natalie und Olli für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

We (Natalie and Oli) bought this detached house with 2 units 3 years ago and completely renovated it from the ground up. As we have 2 rescue dogs, it goes without saying that dogs are welcome here. This is our first vacation rental so we are excited about the experience and are very happy to meet different people.
