The 60 m² apartment is located in Cuerres, a peaceful hamlet near Ribadesella in the heart of eastern Asturias (Northern Spain), midway between the Picos de Europa and the beaches of the Cantabrian Sea — guaranteed peace, relaxation and nature.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, each fully equipped with two single beds (90 cm), bedside tables, wardrobe and a window with outdoor views.

Adjacent to the bedrooms is a full open-plan living-dining-kitchen with everything you need: sofa with TV, dining table and all kitchen appliances large and small.

Outside, a covered porch offers stunning mountain views, and a large shared garden with green spaces, sun loungers and a picnic area invites outdoor relaxation. Private on-site parking is available for several cars (no charging point for electric vehicles, though nearby petrol stations offer charging facilities).
