Beautiful villa with plenty space for our group of 6. Outside space is much bigger than the pictures show. We could sit & look at the stunning views all day & night!

Short stay

My family and I only stayed for a couple of days but it was wonderful. From the communication from the host to the check in process, everything was so smooth. The house it self was better than we expected, so spacious and so clean. Loved it!

What a view!!

Such a beautiful home. The photos didn’t do it justice. We spent as much time as possible in the yard. Carl was really responsive and helpful through the stay. Well equipped, especially the kitchen. Just a short drive to the beach and Competa. Overall great stay :)

Beautiful!

Such a beautiful place to stay, well appointed accommodation with everything you need.Very friendly and helpful management available locally. Quiet and rural location appreciated but a little treacherous in places for young children. No shops nearby so a welcome pack of basics like bread, milk and some sandwich fillers made available to purchase in advance would be a great addition, especially for late arrivals… Everything very clean which was lovely and the panoramic views of the mountains are spectacular! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Good sized villa with great pool in a lovely location

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Havana. The villa was spacious, clean and had everything we wanted. A few negatives: - The villa is situated on the side of a hill and can only be accessed by a narrow windy road. The price you pay for the lovely location and view! - The road off this and down into the villa was very steep. We had difficulty getting our VW Caravelle in and out, and turned around. Not for the faint hearted! - We would have liked the pool cleaned mid stay (ideally the middle Saturday which is what normally happens.

Thank you very much for your feedback, we are happy you enjoyed your stay in this little piece of Competa paradise. Regarding the pool cleaning, the pool was clean mid stay but we try to do this early in the morning so not to disturb the guests enjoyment of the pool. Hope to see you all again back here in the future.

Enjoy your time

We were 5 people beginning of august: 2 adults and 3 child’s under 12. House advantages: - spacious with 4 bedrooms with 6 beds and 2 bathroom - well equipped : air conditioning in all rooms, exterior furnitures, games, kitchen… - very quiet with a nice view on the mountains - nice swimming pool and exterior place with available furnitures (long chair, inflatables buoys, games…) - well positionned between Compéta and Malaga. - Good reception and quick to answer in case of issue (gaz bottle empty) Some low points: - Internet connection is too low - some additional furniture could be useful (kitchen and barbecue) - mosquito net in all rooms - So nice place that kids don t want to leave the house ;-) As a conclusion, we really liked a lot our time in this lovely house and hope to come back again ;-)

4/10 Poor

We were quite disappointed with this Villa, it was at one point clearly very clean but it is suffering from neglect now. The good things, rooms are good size, water pressure is excellent, many of the properties on this area suffer poor pressure, TV is very large and has Amazon Fire stick to use if you don’t bring your own., canopy is of good size and sturdy. Unfortunately the outside leaves a lot to be desired, sun loungers were very dirty, all seat coverings required cleaning, we only did the loungers and San Miguel seats in the end. Pool on the small size but adequate. Kitchen appliances need renewing, fixing or a good clean and both fridges need replacing, we had to buy mugs as there were only three in the cupboard and two were badly chipped, we left them there for future renters. Beds and bedding needs an upgrade, have not seen pillows this bad before. Lounge a good size and bathrooms quite nice but need to ensure they are cleaned properly toothpaste stains in the drawers is never a great greeting. The property is also aprox 20 metres from one of two main roads to Competa, everything from 50cc bikes to large Lorries use the road, to be fair after about three days you get used to it, but people on the road can see you in the Pool area. We did but a few bits for this property, from mugs to fencing all was left for future renters. Generally this was disappointing and needs a great deal of care and attention plus many things replaced from sun loungers to bedding and towels

Hyggelig familieferie i koselig villa

Competa villa

Good location for both inland villages and shore side towns. Villa was clean and tidy . Small road leading to villa in need of some attention near the top of it. But overall we had a good stay, with great views.
