Villa Marius is located in Maslenica only 200 m from the beach. The settlement is a part of municipality Jasenice and was named after the centuries-old olive groves that were grown on the coast. The place is ideal for family vacations and for fans of active vacations due to the proximity of the Zrmanja canyon where you can enjoy in rafting.
Villa Marius consists of 3 separate apartments which are connected by a staircase and can accommodate up to 12 people. Each apartment has its own living room and kitchen, and you can enjoy in shared meals in the tavern with barbecue by the pool. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and on the second floor another bedroom and a bathroom. The villa also offers two beautiful terraces with space for relaxing and drinking coffee, and a dining area with beautiful sea views. The outdoor area also provides several points for relaxation and enjoyment. On the side of the house is a private swimming pool with the possibility of heating surrounded by deck chairs. Behind the house is another barbecue with dining area. For leisure villa offers billiards, table tennis, darts, board games and a basketball hoop. The yard is surrounded by a high wall so villa provides complete privacy.
