Exclusive villa in Panarea with private garden and panoramic terrace

I was displeased to find out that our guests expectations were disappointed this far. The garden surrounding the villa - as can be seen from the pictures - is a looked after mediterranean greenery (including oleanders, bugainvillea and lemon trees), if you expect a grass lawn this is not the right place where to find it. This is a holiday house where we spend several months every year, since 35 years, that has been furnished following the typical aeolian style (take a look at Raya hotel) and enriched and personalized along years with accessories and collectibles gathered traveling around the world (Asia, Africa, South America, ...). If you expect a standard and aseptic hotel room, again this is not the right place. Hob and oven, fridge(s), dishwasher and washing machine are all recently bought (2012-2013), top selection of well known German brands. We provided the kitchen with a wide selection of cuttlery sets, knives, and over 50 glasses (including crystal stem glasses), and everything that both our guests and us could need when enjoying a home cooking session. We do indeed have a "Swedish" set of wooden spoons as well. Each room is provided with 4-6 sets of linens and towels, maybe not all of them brand new, but surely all well selected, good quality fabrics. We tried our best to accommodate every need of the group, providing extra bed, extra fans (in an island where there is no white goods mall), extra cleaning. Those who know and love Aeolian Islands, and more specifically Panarea, surely know and appreciate the particular mood and style of its houses. As clear from the pictures, our villa is a typical local retreat, not a serviced apartment in the city center, or the room of an all-inclusive resort. We are unwilling to host again who is not able to understand and appreciate it.
