Better than I expected at this price point. The location is central, so getting around on foot was simple. I enjoyed cooking in the open kitchen, everything I needed was right there. Plus, the garden furniture made relaxing outside really nice. Each living area felt spacious and inviting too.

Appreciated that there were enough bathrooms for everyone. The shared room with a fireplace was perfect for our group evenings. Having a washing machine made the stay easier, and the outdoor pool was refreshing after exploring Città di Castello's sights. We found plenty of space to spread out, which worked well for our large group.

Three nights here and zero complaints about our stay! Plenty of beds meant no one had to share if they didn't want to which is hard to find in big houses like this one. Facilities were excellent, bathrooms were clean and accessible throughout our time here.
