Only ok--not as pictured
The place looked nice from pictures, but the state of the place was not quite as up-to-date as pictured--the coffee table had a bent leg, there was not a rug, the kitchen faucet was loose, the chairs were not the same and didn't look as good of quality as the pictures. The lighting is definitely not as good as portrayed in pictures, either; it always feels somewhat dim even at midday. The water stopped working one day for a few hours intermittently.
If you come here you definitely need to use the air conditioner; otherwise the apartment has unpleasant smells.
The appliances were modern and worked fine, however.
We were surprised at the lack of privacy within--the whole place is basically one common area; the downstairs "room" does have a door but it also has a window looking out to the main area, and the upstairs "room" is a loft with no door. The windows have no coverings, and only a couple of them are frosted. Also the bathrooms have no locks, which we're not sure if that's particular to this apartment or if that's a Spain thing.
But the communication with management was very clear and prompt and helpful.
The apartment was well equipped with kitchen wares, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens.
