Part of me wants to keep this villa secret and not tell anyone! It was wonderful from start to finish, a gorgeous location in the trees, lovely pool, great facilities. Lovely clean, new bathrooms and equipped with all you’d need for a stay. I would recommend a car, as it’s a little far to walk from the main areas, but this meant it was quiet and peaceful. Thanks Laura for looking after us so well.

Spring 2019

We had been looking forward to our holiday not having been to Menorca for ten years and we were absolutely delighted with our choice of accommodation. The villa provided everything we needed and the location, privacy and facilities were excellent. The outside space and gardens are very peaceful and the pool is fantastic with the brilliant addition of heating which made it perfect for use when it was a bit cooler. We cannot wait to return.

Wonderful!

We stayed here with our son, daughter-in-law, 2 grand daughters 6 and 9 and their cousin also 9. There was plenty of room for all of us. The property is amazing. If we were home the kids were in the pool-as were the adults quite often. We had a small problem with the sink which Laura took care of right away. The location is great for beaches, restaurants,etc. We would love to come back someday.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wunderschön ruhig gelegene Villa, in der man seine Privatsphäre hat. Die Ausstattung ist funktional und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der parkähnliche Garten spendet Ruhe und Schatten und man kann darin wild lebende Schildkröten , Eidechsen und Vögel entdecken. Das Highlight ist der große Pool. Auf den verschiedenen Terrassen finden sich ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum entspannen. Das Meer, Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Great location

Returned for our second stay in this Villa, which is in a great location. The property is in a very quiet location and the gardens and pool areas are very private. The villa is within walking distance of the beach and a number of bars & restaurants. Looking forward to returning for another visit

Recomendable

La casa y el recinto son preciosos. La casa es grande, limpia y bien cuidada. La cocina es muy completa. Se agradecen cosas como tuppers en todos los tamaños, una nevera portable, toallas de playa para todos, una barbacoa con todos los utensilios pensables o una ensaimada de bienvenida. La piscina es fantástica y limpia. El jardín que rodea la casa con su palapa es muy bonito. Y muy importante, el vecino más próximo está a unos 50 mestros, no hay ningún ruido. Se puede llegar a una cala cercana en pocos minutos a pie y en coche es fácil llegar a playas de la costa sud. y este. Personalmente desaconsejaría ir a las más famosas porque entre conducir y caminar tardas más de 1 hora. Y las que hay cerca en la costa sud son igual de bonitas aunque no salgan en las guías. Si tengo que buscar algo negativo confirmo el problema de la ducha que ha mencionado alguien anteriormente, que es muy chula, pero es imposible evitar que salga agua prácticamente hasta el pasillo. El pendiente de la ducha está mal calculado en los dos baños. Y hemos tenido mala suerte con el tema de hormigas. Evidentemente inevitable en casas bajas, pero a pesar de nuestros intentos con un espray antihormigas y escondiendo toda la comida los teníamos sobre todo en la cocina. Pocas y muy muy pequeñas pero persistentes. En general sólo puedo recomendar la casa y si podemos, repetiremos.

Perfect perfect perfect

This villa is amazing, the bedrooms are a good size. The lounge was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were great (although they are wet rooms so the water goes everywhere which was a pain in the smaller one as the water literally came out into the hallway. We had to use a rolled up towel to stop it spreading but in the end we gave up and all used the same shower). The pool was definitely the winner here, it’s huge and great to play or relax in. The air conditioning for the main bedroom is in the hallway so doesn’t really work in cooling the bedroom but was ok. There is plenty of storage. Great having a washing machine and washing line as clothes dried really quickly (we really could have taken a quarter of the clothes we did). You need a car to get around at this villa. It’s a great base to travel around the island We found it easier to drive into Lidl in Mahon for a big food shop as local supermarkets were quite limited Laura was very welcoming and helpful and very easy to communicate with. Would love to go back sometime (I didn’t want to leave)

Muy buena experiencia

Hemos estado una semana en la casa, dos adultos y dos niños de 4 y 9 años. La casa está en una zona muy tranquila, pero cerca de restaurantes y supermercados y de la playa de Binibeca. La casa tiene de todo, la piscina es muy grande, muy limpia. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa y de Menorca. Solo podemos recomendarla.

Simply Lovely!

The villa is more than adequate and a great base for a family holiday. The pool and outside space are super and the occasional visit from the tortoise was great! A fantastic week, would certainly come back.

Amazing Villa

This was our fourth year in a row staying at this lovely villa and won't be the last! What is most appealing to us is the privacy and peacefulness that it brings, allowing us to completely relax. The owners have made a few changes, such as new furniture in the lounge, fully re-decorated throughout, and the addition of air conditioning in the third bedroom. A short walk from local beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants, coupled with the ideal setting of the villa make it a perfect holiday. If we are allowed, we will be back!!

Very enjoyable stay

Very good-sized pool, very clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms although one quite compact. Good seating areas: on the patio and two in the grounds around the villa. Quiet location but quite near sea, restaurants and shops.

Welcome pack

Fantastic villa great pool and outdoor space. Very quiet and relaxing would definitely stay again as everything is close by. The ham platter was a very nice gesture but the only I would say is because we were arriving so late a small bottle of milk and a loaf of bread would of suited us better. Otherwise everything fantastic thank you for letting us use your villa. 5***** all round.

A lovely property and a lovely family holiday

The property was perfect for our family of 5. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend both Menorca and this house. Our 3 young boys loved the space outside and spent most of their time in the lovely swimming pool. The house was clean and well equipped, with airconditioning, mosquito nets over the windows and plenty of blinds and shutters. A wonderful 12 days. Thank you so much. Hope to come back!

Balearic beauty!

This is undoubtedly one of the the nicest rental properties we have stayed in during holidays throughout Europe. The setting is superb - unbelievably spacious grounds, with different seating areas, completed surrounded by lovely woodland. Morning bird song and starlit nights. It’s very private and quiet. There is a footpath through the woods at the side of the villa which connects with a road at the edge of the urbanisation , with steps down to nice small restaurants, bars and shops at Cala Torret, a pleasant 10-15 min walk. Inside, the villa is very well equipped, with loads of glasses, kitchenware crockery etc. Nice furniture, comfy beds, linens, towels etc. It felt like a home from home. The pool is superb. We had great communications and a nice welcome on arrival. Brilliant!
