Very clean. Amazing views. The bed was also very comfortable. The beach was rifht across the street and was never very busy. Everything was within 15 minutes drive but lots of 15-20 minute walks for yummy food and drinks. Truly fun just sitting on the balcony people watching.

Tastefully decorated true 1 bedroom condo that has been fully renovated with high end finishes. We came to Myrtle Beach to buy our first short term beach rental of own. This condo set the bar so high, we tried to buy it from David & Elaine !!! Nothing we saw for sale came even close to the class of this place. The location is situated near the Golden Mile, the "Park Place" of Myrtle Beach with million dollar homes. About a third of the guests are owners according to one of the many nice people we met there in passing. The pools and grounds are groomed like a country club and even has a sauna !

What a view!

We had never been to the South Carolina coast before, so we spent most of our time seeing the Myrtle Beach area and enjoying our beautiful condo. It is a nicely updated and clean. We highly recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Every year we took our boy's on a family vacation to Myrtle Beach. We always picked up information on what was for sale, so we knew this is where we wanted our second home. I grew up in England and moved to Kentucky, where I met my husband of 40 years. Growing up with the ocean just minutes away made the purchase of our condo perfect, now I don't have to miss the ocean anymore. My husband and I spend a lot of time thinking of our next project for our condo's, yes we now have 2 in the same building. Take a look at VRBO 656062. We love to make it as functional and updated as possible .Purchasing our condo's have been one of the best decision's we have made as David and I enjoy them for several moths each year. It is our goal to give you one of the best experiences at the beach and have you return each year .

Why they chose this property

We just happened to book an extra few days on our yearly vacation and ended up at Ocean Forest Plaza, and fell in love with the condo and the location, with a spare of the moment decision we purchased our first condo. We enjoyed Ocean Forest Plaza so much this is our second condo. David and I have never regretted our decision to buy here. The building and grounds are maintained immaculately. That was a huge bonus. We have now formed many friendships here at the Plaza making our trips so much fun.

What makes this property unique

Ocean Forest Plaza is situated on the Golden Mile, nestled in one of the oldest residential area's in Myrtle Beach making it a more quieter and safer location. It has a History in Myrtle Beach and you will see photo's around town of a grand hotel that was built for the wealthy. We love to hear stories, (from the owner of Flamingo's restaurant,) about his time as a bellboy and all the famous people he encountered . Unfortunately it opened a year before the depression and was never able to recover. The original building building was torn down and the new one built in the mid 80's
As soon as we enter the condo we head straight to the balcony to enjoy the ocean view. The Ocean draws you in , there are two comfy teak chairs to relax in have a beverage and let your senses take in the ocean.
The location is perfect for shopping, restaurant's, miniature golf, ( I love Mount Atlanticus on the corner of 501 and North Kings Hywy ). Tangers outlets are about 4 miles north and the Grand Strand Mall is about 4 miles south.
The covered parking garage is great in the summer keeping your car cooler and protected from the rain showers.
One of the best benefits of Ocean Forest Plaza and it's location is riding a bike down Ocean Blvd enjoying the homes and the ocean view.
