Great place, lovely, good-sized pool and garden, and outside seating area. Kitchen was fine and the location was convenient for Seville and visiting other places such as Cadiz and Ronda. Would recommend.

Really nice property in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The garden and pool area are a real highlight. The property is conveniently situated, taking about 20 minutes to get to the airport and around 35 minutes to get to the city centre.

Great location ideal for visiting Seville and many other places of interest. A real oasis to come back to after a day exploring. The garden and pool are exceptional with plenty of shade when it gets really hot.

Beautiful villa with pool, very quiet location in a safe neighbourhood.Kitchen was well equipped, easy driving distance to airport and local town / supermarket.Host was very friendly and let us stay a little longer after checkout time which was very much appreciated. We were with five persons. We all enjoyed the garden as well is the interior of the house. No one found that there was something missing. It was a perfect place for making trips. We went several times to Sevilla and visited Cordoba, Carmona and Ronda. Restorants and shops in Mairena del Accor were nearby and of good quality. We had a wonderful week in Andalusia.

Wonderful accommodation with the most fantastic pool and garden area . Easy to travel to Seville or visit the many beautiful towns around the area. Will definitely go back sooner than later....

Pleasant stay in this relaxing villa

Had a good few weeks. Lots of areas to sit out and enjoy the sun. Nice pool. Great patio. Well furnished inside. We were troubled a bit by biting insects. David was a great host

Wonderful place to stay

Nice place with good pool and beautiful garden.good communication with David. Everything is there in the neighborhood.Supermarket just 5 minutes. Sevilla center just half hour. We will come back.

Charming villa with interesting garden and great pool

The house is in a quiet location, very comfortable with a good layout, and is also well equipped. The garden is interesting with lots of cacti and succulents, and the pool is just great. The nearby town offers great restaurants and good food shopping. Access to Seville is easy, with a short drive to park by one of the stations on the metro. The owner was very friendly and helpful with advice on all such aspects.

Tranquil villa with beautiful garden

Being a party of 4 adults we enjoyed the tranquility of the villa with its beautiful garden and wonderful pool. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and were contactable via Wattsapp. Sevilla was accessible by car or a bus journey from the local town just a few miles away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Luisa. Muchas Gracias!

A lovely oasis

We stayed 2 weeks celebrating our silver jubilee marriage. The initial ad met our expectations (calm surroundings, private swimming pool, house in good shape, great weather) but the experience was even better. The garden is actually more delightful than in the pictures, with palm trees, cactuses, swallows, doves and blackbirds. David and Manuel was very nice, down to earth and easy to communicate with in every aspect of our stay. The urbanisation is located in a rural area but still only a 5 minute drive from Mairena del Alcor where the restaurants and food stores are. We recommend it!

The photos don’t do it justice…

The property sits on a private development behind a gated complex - which added security when staying in a country you don’t know. From entering the garden from the road, words cannot do justice to the beauty that awaits! Clearly cultivated over a long period to be so well-established, the garden is beautiful. And when we arrived in April, the orange trees were still in bloom and the smells when sat in the garden - were something else! The garden is landscaped to provide different seating areas - giving incredible views/shade and places to sit and enjoy dinner. The house itself is stunning - rustic chic! A true and traditional taste of Spanish living. What makes it even more beautiful is its history and knowing how the owner developed the property. EVERYTHING you need is there. We had a car to enable us to sight-see and visited Cádiz and Gibraltar - which were a couple of hours drive but definitely fun to do! We visited during Semana Santa (Easter) and Seville was a buzz with people and places to visit with spectacles a plenty! When the Easter period ended, we enjoyed sight seeing - Seville didn’t disappoint. We have 23 month old twins, so having a property to ourselves was important and they absolutely loved it!

Le jardin et la piscine étaient magnifiques, la maison était parfaite cependant il aurait été judicieux d’indiquer qu’il n’y avait la climatisation que dans le salon et l’une des trois chambres,le tout se situant dans une urbanisation sécurisée.David fût agréable et très réactif.C’était un très beau séjour.

De bungalow is zeer goed onderhouden. De tuin ook en de omgeving is een oase van rust. Communicatie met de eigenaar, David, is erg makkelijk en als je vragen hebt dan staat hij voor je klaar. Een klein half uurtje rijden van Sevilla, en net iets meer dan een uurtje ben je ook in Cordoba. Vooral met het warme weer in juli was het afkoelen in het zwembad erg aangenaam. ‘s Avonds lekker zitten en borrelen op het terras.

Het huis voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen. Alles was netjes en zoals op de foto's te zien. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij komen zeker terug.
