Used as a great home base while cycling through Portugal

Went very well, big and spacious! A bit tricky with different temperature in different bedrooms at night, but that would be the only catch. Lots of outdoor space, nice pool, nice kitchen. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay.

Perfect place

This is a very comfortable and relaxing home. It has everything you could need and has been well maintained. There were 10 of us and we all were able to have space and be connected. Loved the outdoor seating, the pool and the decor. We would love to stay here again. All the restaurants we went to nearby had incredible food and the surfing was great. An excellent location and ideal home that we all loved.

Vacation with challenges

We spent almost five weeks in the house. The house is nice and spacious. The kitchen is great for cooking. It has a nice big refrigerator and everything you need. The garden is lovely and well-maintained. We found the location to be good, as there's a small supermarket, a pizzeria, and a sushi restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed upon arrival. The pool was broken, which we hadn't been informed about. Initially, we were promised that it would be repaired as soon as the weather was good. Because of the broken pool, there was no water in it. It was empty and therefore a serious danger to our children. As a result, we could only use the garden to a limited extent. We were promised a fence for the pool, but a week later, this promise had to be revised. We then negotiated a 20% discount. They didn't offer us any concessions; I had to ask for it myself. The house also has some minor branding and renovation issues inside. We would not book again.

Conhecemos bem a zona da Arrifana e Vale da Telha, tendo já ficado em diversas propriedades. Esta foi, sem dúvida, a melhor casa onde ficámos hospedados. Desde a localização, às comodidades, ao equipamento disponível. Tudo bom. A repetir!

Perfektes Haus für die große Familie

Toll ausgestattetes Haus, sehr geräumig und weitläufig mit Platz für jeden bei 10 - 12 Personen, auch die Außenanlagen sind perfekt angelegt, inklusive Tischtennisplatte, Garage, Wäscheleine etc ..und einer wunderschönen überdachten Außenküche mit Grill, Gaskocher, Kühlschrank und einem schönen großen Tisch - unser aller Lieblingsplatz!!! Für uns war es der perfekte Platz in Vale da Telha.
