Two bedroom casita, extra room with desk and futon, one bath. Casita is lower unit. Looking for full time renter. Completely furnished and in great location in San Carlos. One queen size bed, 1 full size bed with an extra full futon on office! Good Parking, quiet area. View of ocean and Teta Kawi Mountain Sunsets. Walking distance to town and beach. Secure and gated casita. Smart TV, casita Netflix account, Wifi Internet. Comfortable living room,dining room and kitchen. Laundry area available. Double kayak available. The Map here is not exactly right. I am further and higher onto of the Mountain. Walking distance to beach, town, corilitos, Charlie’s rock Iguanas and many many more great spots.

Great hideaway!

This location is well suited for two couples, a small family, or two people who would like separate rooms. Pam was kind enough to meet us in town and guide us to her home, which is seated nicely above the street level so you get a good view of town and a peak of the sea of Cortez. Her apartment is well furnished, and super cute! Has everything you need. She also had fresh baked brownies waiting for us! Would definitely re-book....great value and pricing with a very convenient location.

Fabulous casita

Super cute casita. More spacious than the online pictures show. Pam, the owner, is quite spectacular and very welcoming. This casita has all the basic comforts, fabulous charm and is a great location in town. And the views.....it’s a must see! And if you are concerned about safety....you won’t be here. We will be back as soon as we can. Oh wait.....the place is horrible...stay away.....just kidding....don’t want it to be booked for our next visit. Really, this is a “don’t miss out” opportunity. Fun in sun.

We had a great time. The food was delicious and the town is not hard to get around in. The house was great and the owner’s took care of us. Overall great trip. We will do again.
