Very neat, clean and tidy apartment. Good size inside and close to public transport. The showers are quite small and noise from above apartments can be annoying.

Close to everything you need. My only complaint was a lot of noise outside all nite until morning. People will hang outside and never go home.

Stay in Milan

The property was as advertised, but you need to bring your own washing detergent and dish soap as there is none provided. The neighbourhood was quiet, but easy access to Milan’s many sites. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, with 2 teenagers.

Short stay in Milan

Apartment location was fairly close to main train station. Neighborhood was good, plenty of dining options nearby. Traveling with our 2 adult children we choose this apartment because it had 2 bathroom. One did not have hot water the entire time were there. Let the person that met us and assisted with check in know. He forward info to owner but was not fixed since it was a weekend. Otherwise place was as advertised. Added bonus was an elevator for luggage.

Bel appartement, équipement à revoir !

L'appartement est beau comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Le quartier est très sympa. Le resto en dessous est bruyant. Beaucoup de bruit aussi en provenance de l'étage sup. Concernant les lits avons été déçus car avions posé la question de 2 chambres avec 2 grands lits, et pour finir un couple était dans le salon sur un canapé lit donc intimité zero...et pièce à partager transformée en chambre ! La porte de la cuisine ne ferme pas donc le bruit du frigo pour la nuit. La cuisine est mal équipée : à peine pour 4 personnes et pas plus. Une cuisinière au gaz avec 2 allume-gaz vides !... Pour conclure : nous avons globalement été un peu déçu

Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung...

Als wir ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Mieter vor uns die Wohnung als Partylocation genutzt haben...die Schiebetür zur Küche ließ sich nur zu einem drittel öffnen. Eine der beiden Duschen war nicht zu nutzen , da die Duschtür rausgebrochen war.... der Boden klebte... (wurde am nächsten Tag behoben). An mehreren Stellen in der Wohnung klebten Kaugummis... der Griff des Badezimmers fiel einem entgegen, wenn man es öffnete.... in einem der Schlafzimmer lässt sich nur mig Ohrstöpseln schlafen, da die ganze Nacht ein Generator (Klimaanlage des Nachbarn?) zu hören ist... bei Ankunft wurden wirvauf einige, aber nicht auf alle Mängel hingewiesen! Ausserdem wurde der Zuschlag für die Ankunft nach 22.00 (unser Flugzeug hatte Verspätung) und den Aufschlag für eine zusätzliche Person (bei der Buchung war ein Baby angemeldet worden?) sollten wir in bar bezahlen... was wir nicht getan haben... alles etwas seltsam... das nachts mehrfach geklingelt wurde, hat den Aufenthalt leider auch nicht besser gemacht!

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. ÖPNV ist in der Nähe, so dass man schnell in der City ist.

Buen apartamento

Todo esta muy limpio y esta peacticamente nuevo. Grande y espacioso. Si le pongo una pega es la ubicacion, aunque tiene transporte publico cerca. No es comodo si te gusta ir andando a la zona turistica del centro.
