This house is idyllic and family friendly, with four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7 people.
The house is newly renovated but still has a traditional Swedish summer cottage feeling, with a over- roofed veranda where you can have breakfast and enoy the summer light in late evenings. A fireplace for warm chilly evenings inside.
A lush garden surrounds the house and there is walking distance (2-5min) to several child-friendly bathing spots in the Baltic Sea including a sandy beach

Another enjoyable stay here

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and appreciated some of the nice updates. We are four over 18 and there's good space. It's nice and relaxing, a great place to come to after busy days. And communication about the stay is always easy and timely.

Cozy small house close to the beach

Positive: Very cozy and good accessible house. Well eqipped with comfortable beds. Easy checkin and good comunication with host. Negativ: -cookware not clean and chaotic -indoor fireplace not clean (ash & charred wood) - used and dirty underware in one of the sleeping rooms

Traumhaft gelegen umgeben von alten Eichen mit Blick aufs Wasser. Sehr ruhig und naturnah. Badestelle sauber mit Sandstrand in 5min. Großzügiger Wohnraum, viele Fenster.Ausstattung: Sehr gutes Wasser aus eigenem Brunnen. Gute Betten. Zu wenig Platz, um Kleider zu verräumen, da Schränke mit Krempel belegt sind.Keine Handtuchstangen zum Trocknen.Küchenschränke sind chaotisch gefüllt mit alten Sachen. Leider fehlt wesentliche Ausstattung, z.B.: Keine Müslischalen, zu wenig Tassen. Kommunikation: Der Vermieter teilte uns mit, dass ein neuer Herd geliefert werden sollte. Daher machten wir an dem Tag einen langen Ausflug. Abends stand der Herd nur im Gras. Ohne Anruf kam der Vermieter um 19:30Uhr vorbei, um den Herd zu tauschen. Am nächsten Morgen mussten wir feststellen, dass der "neue" Herd nicht funktionierte, was unsere Tagesplanung wieder beeinflusste! Dank KI konnten wir den Fehler selber finden und beheben. Der Handwerker kam trotzdem, um alles zu dokumentieren. Vom Vermieter haben wir weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Dankeschön gehört. Sauberkeit: Dusche und Küche waren nicht sauber! Wir mussten die Küchenschränke von altem Dreck befreien. Das hat uns am Anreisetag sehr geärgert!Dusche und Vorhang waren schimmlig und stark verkalkt. Unter den Betten befand sich eine dicke Staubschicht inkl. alten Q-Tips etc.Fazit: Wenn man von der Gleichgültigkeit absehen kann und kein Problem hat zuerst selbst zu putzen, dann ist das Haus ein toller Urlaubsort!

Ein sauberes Haus in super Lage. Blick auf die Ostsee. Kurzer Fußmarsch an einen süßen, sauberen Strand inklusive Steg mit kleinem Sprungturm und Wasserplattform.Der Vermieter hatte super Ausflugstipps parat!

Charmantes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Etwas störend war die Tatsache, dass es zwar viele Schränke und Kommoden gibt, die allerdings vollgeräumt sind, so dass das eigene Gepäck nur schwer untergebracht werden kann.
