Yperhof 13

Yperhof 13 is a detached holiday home with a spacious, fenced-in yard. When you enter the house, you’ll find the entryway on your left, which leads to the guest bathroom. The modern, spacious kitchen is fully equipped. It features an induction cooktop, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine that uses coffee beans. The living room has two comfortable sofas and an armchair, and is equipped with a large flat-screen TV. The fireplace in the living room is not in working order. From the living room, you can access the bright sunroom, where the dining table is located. From here, you can step out into the garden through the sliding doors.
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor. It contains two comfortable single beds and a wardrobe. There is also a television.
The staircase in the living room leads to the ground floor. Here, on the left, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom also features a spacious closet and a large mirror. The bathroom is also on the ground floor. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a sink and mirror with LED lighting, a toilet, and a rain shower.
In addition to the amenities inside the home, the property also features a south/west-facing garden. The large garden is fenced, and you can park your car next to the house in your private parking space. Across from the home is a playground equipped with various play structures. Smoking is prohibited.

Dogs are welcome. Additional cost: €30 per dog, per week.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the home. You can rent these from us. The cost is €9.00 per person for bed linens and €6.00 per person for a towel package.
